When Abi from Abi Q Photography first contacted me about doing a photoswap, I was so excited because A) You’d be surprised how few opportunities I have to be on the OTHER side of the camera and B) Abi has an amazing sense of style and I knew that whatever concept she came up with for the shoot would be fabulous.

We wanted grey skies and green hills, a very stormy English countryside sort of vibe. Chic, editorial, and sexy. I’m in love with the photos we got from the shoot, Abi & Ryan were smokin’ hot and everything just came together perfectly! I’m so excited to share these with the world.

I’ve already made 2 blog posts from this shoot, but now I’m getting to some of my absolute favorite photos form the shoot! Jamie tracked down this old vintage bike to use as a prop, and I just love the flirty cuteness of this last look. Jamie’s polka dot shorts, Soheil’s cap, the smiles and the kisses, this was the absolute PERFECT way to end the day.

I love it so much when couples really bring out their own personalities in their engagement shoots. Jenn and Steve really wanted to bring their love of football into their photo shoot and we had a lot of fun running around a local park in Piedmont.

Steve actually proposed to Jenn after he got Steve Young from the 49ners (Jenn’s favorite team) to come to her class (Jenn is a teacher) and present her with an autographed jersey. How incredible is that?

As the sun started to set, we headed off to UC Berkeley’s Lawrence Hall of Science to finish off the session with some gorgeous views of the East Bay.

Outfit change! As promised, here’s another look at the photo shoot from Sausalito a few weeks back. I absolutely loved each and every outfit that Jamie and Soheil had for this shoot. And they went from old school charming in the last blog post to deliciously glamorous in this one. A few people stopped and asked if they were movie stars, and don’t they just like like they stepped off a Hollywood set?

One more outfit change to come, and it’s my favorite one of all!

This photo shoot was so fabulous, that I can’t fit it into one blog post! Since we had 3 wardrobe changes, these posts are going to be rolling out in 3 waves plus an extra post dedicated just to the beautiful Jamie.

Jamie and Soheil were amazing to shoot and such a hot couple! From looking at her, you’d think Jamie was a model or a doppelganger for Kate Beckinsale, but she’s actually a fashion saavy pre-school teacher from San Jose.
